Privacy

This notice says what Creator Marketplace collects, why, and how long it is kept. It follows the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 and the rules made under it.

What we collect and why

If you continue with Google: Google shares your name, email address, profile picture and language preference with us, as its consent screen says, together with your Google account ID. We keep only your name, email address and Google account ID, and use them to sign you in and to show which Google account is connected to your profile. We never receive your Google password, your contacts or anything else in your Google account.

Your mobile number: only if you sign in with your phone or add a number to your account, together with the one-time codes we send to it to check that the number is yours. We use it to sign you in, for payouts and for deal updates.

To run deals: your name, city, languages, the briefs, bids, drafts, post links and messages you submit.

To pay and invoice: PAN, GSTIN, UPI ID or bank account, and the amounts of each deal. Tax law requires us to keep these records for eight years.

Connected accounts: when you connect Instagram or YouTube, the follower count, engagement and audience summary those platforms provide, used only to show brands verified numbers. You can disconnect at any time.

What we do not do

We do not sell personal data. We do not show your phone number or email address to the other side of a deal. We do not collect data from public profiles you have not connected.

Your rights

You can see, correct and delete your data from your profile, or by writing to Ajay Shankar, Founder. Deleting your account keeps only the records tax law makes us keep.

Grievances

Write to Ajay Shankar, Founder. We acknowledge within 24 hours and resolve within 15 days.
